Readings, discussion, poetry and images to reveal the hidden joy and inspire mindful adventure in natural, urban and emotional landscapes. Our guides are Jenny Landreth (the brilliantly funny Swell : A Waterbiography) with Joe Minihane (Floating: A Life Regained) on the struggle for equality and peace via big goggles and wild swimming; nature/travel writer Dan Richards (Climbing Days) follows the pioneering footsteps of his great-great-aunt, mountaineer Dorothy Pilley; Alice Stevenson illustrator, writer and walker explores different Ways of Seeing Great Britain; award-winning poet Kayo Chingonyi (Kumukanda) discovers rhythmic elegance in rites of passage; poet and forager Richard Osmond (Useful Verses) shares witty, inventive perspectives of flora and fauna; a short film on artist and wild swimmer Kari Furre by Dom Bush; and visuals of detritus transformed by @theurbanefox.
