Niki Segnit: Lateral Cooking, in Conversation with Sheila Dillon

Niki Segnit, author of best-selling The Flavour Thesaurus, talks to Sheila Dillon, presenter of Radio 4’s The Food Programme, about her ground-breaking new book, Lateral Cooking, a book for where to start if you want to learn to cook by heart.
