Four food writers who have mastered the art of evoking place and flavour discuss their work and what inspires them. Guardian columnist Rachel Roddy is the author of Two Kitchens. Thom Eagle of Hackney’s Little Duck restaurant is the author of First, Catch. Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer own and run Honey & Co., Honey & Spice and Honey & Smoke, have written two books, and have a popular column in the Financial Times.
